Warranty Policy – Cruise Luggage


At Cruise, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and limitations associated with your luggage purchase.

Warranty Coverage

•    The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift.
•    Warranty is applicable for 3 years from the date of purchase (as specified on the product).
•    International warranty service is not available.

Note on Locks

Cruise luggage locks are designed to prevent accidental opening. They are not guaranteed to prevent theft, tampering, or access by government authorities, airline, or airport personnel.

What’s Covered

•    Manufacturing defects, including:
o    Cracks in the shell (not caused by misuse)
o    Discoloration upon delivery
•    Spare parts covered under warranty:
o    Wheels
o    Puller
o    Lock

What’s Not Covered

•    Damage due to airline mishandling or serious accidents
•    Use of harsh chemicals or inappropriate cleaning agents
•    General wear and tear from prolonged or incorrect usage
•    Dents, scratches, broken zippers, or shell cracks caused by improper handling
•    Misuse, negligence, carelessness, excessive impact, or exposure to:
o    High heat
o    Solvents
o    Acids
o    Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
•    Use of the product for unintended purposes
•    Unauthorized repairs or modifications
•    Damage to the inner lining
•    Products that are not manufactured by Cruise
•    Natural wear and tear of:
o    Wheels
o    Zippers
o    Trolley systems
o    Other moving components
•    Decorative finishes like:
o    Gold plating
o    Wood finishes
o    Powder coating on metal parts
•    Defects not reported during the warranty period

1.    Purchase date
2.    Copy of the invoice
3.    Clear photos of the damaged item
4.    A detailed video showing the damage
5.    Cause of the damage
6.    Your complete mailing address with PIN code
7.    Your full name and phone number

We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending products for warranty assessment.


Warranty Decision & Resolution


•    Cruise reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims and determine:
o    The type and cause of the defect
o    Whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage
o    Appropriate action (repair or replacement)
•    If your product is discontinued or parts are unavailable, Cruise may offer a similar or equivalent product at a discounted rate.
•    Any replacements or repairs are covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.
