What is the warranty on Cruise products? Do I get a warranty card?
Cruise luggage comes with a limited warranty of 3 years on the Shell and a 1-year warranty on Accessories. You don’t need a warranty card—your tax invoice acts as your warranty and your Order ID is your registration number.
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not include regular wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Does Cruise offer an international warranty?
No, we do not offer international warranty currently.
Where are Cruise service centers located?
We providedoorstep service for warranty claims across India. Our major service hub is inKolkata.
Do you offer a paid repair service?
Yes, we do. Email us at cruiseluggageofficial@gmail.com with:
- Images of the damage
- Invoice copy
- Product details
Our team will assess the request and share the cost and repair process.
How can I order spare parts from Cruise?

How long does the repair process take?
Once we pick up the luggage, repairs usually take7-15 working days, depending on the issue. We’ll ship it back once fixed.
What is your return policy for website orders?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. You’ll get a 100% refund upon successful return.
Are there any shipping charges?
- Prepaid orders above ₹500: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹500: ₹99 shipping fee
- COD Orders: ₹99–₹199 extra, based on order value
How do I initiate a return?
You can:

Make sure the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same box it arrived in.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 6–7 business days after return approval.
What should I do if my order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

- Video of the box and contents
We’ll resolve your issue within 5-7 business days.
What if my order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation. We'll coordinate with the courier partner and get back to you within 3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—via My Account, WhatsApp, or call. Cancellation is possible only before the order is packed. If packed, you can refuse delivery and we’ll refund prepaid orders.
I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Why?
Items may be shipped separately from different warehouses based on stock availability. You’ll receive separate tracking updates.
Why is a luggage set shipped in one box?
Our luggage sets are nestable—the smaller sizes fit inside the larger one for compact, eco-friendly shipping.
Can I change my address or contact info after placing an order?
Yes, if the order hasn’t been packed. If already packed, please cancel and reorder. Contact us for help.
What if my return PIN code is not serviceable?
In that case, you can self-ship the product to our nearest warehouse. We’ll share the address and reimburse the courier cost after proof of delivery.
How should I clean Cruise luggage?
Hardside: Use mild soap and warm water. Optional: Apply silicone-based car polish.
Is Cruise luggage waterproof?
Our luggage is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. It’ll handle rain or splashes, but it’s not built for submersion.
How should I store my luggage?
Store in a dry place. Open the bag periodically to air it out. You can also nest bags to save space.

What luggage is best for international travel?

What are cabin and check-in sizes?
- Cabin (20” / 55 cm): Fits in overhead bins, holds up to 15 kg
- Medium (24” / 65 cm): Check-in, holds up to 20 kg
- Large (28” / 75 cm): Check-in, holds up to 25 kg
What is Polypropylene, PC, and ABS?
- Polypropylene (PP): Super light, very durable. Used in Cruise 101 & 102.
- Polycarbonate (PC): High durability with stylish finish.
- ABS: Budget-friendly, lighter but less durable.
How do I measure luggage capacity?
Multiply height × width × depth (in cm), then divide by 1000 to get the volume in litres.
What if I forget my lock code?
For non-TSA locks, we recommend contacting a locksmith. For TSA locks, email us for a possible workaround at cruiseluggageofficial@gmail.com
How do I set the number lock?
For standard locks:
- Start at 0-0-0
- Hold the reset button while setting your code
- Release to confirm
For TSA locks:
- Set to 0-0-0
- Use a pen to press the reset pin
- Set your combo
- Slide the button to confirm
